Profile[]
Doug is the dominant and brutish leader of the Silver Wolves. Little substantial information is known about him.
He has two attacks. One is an extremely long-ranged burst attack from his handgun. This attack is relatively weak compared to the other Silver Wolves the player has faced so far.
The real threat is his attack with his brass knuckles, which can deliver a lot of Crushing damage and has an increased chance to do critical damage.
Biography[]
Doug first makes an appearance during the assault on Trotbeck, after Bernmoth's fall. He appears in the third, and final, wave of the Silver Wolves Leader mission encounter. After the battle, he introduces himself (in a way) to the player and retreats with his mercenaries, leaving the player with a cliffhanger end to 2.0 Patch.
He frequently harasses and attacks the Northern Frontier towns with his henchmen, Bronson and Mr. Stephenson.
After laying a siege against the Silver Wolf base of New Haven, the player will start attacking his personal Compound. After destroying the outer defenses, Doug asks if Lt. Morgan would fight him personally, man to man, something Lt. Morgan refuses. They battle it out, with Doug being shot 9 times, yet still living. He is captured, but mocks the Imperials for not being able to find Bronson or Mr. Stephenson.
Personality[]
The dialogue intro to the Silver Wolves Invasion event indicates that Doug is a very mean drunk, prone to giving irrational orders and cruelly shooting anyone who does not promptly obey. These range from attacking a heavily-fortified Outpost relentlessly for a week, to bringing him waffles. He can be very brash, and unmethodical, and maybe reckless, yet is still a very deadly opponent.

- Doug has an X-shaped scar on his right cheek. It is unknown where it came from. He also has a tattoo on his neck.
