Overview

The Elite Outcast is the more powerful and deadlier version of the Raider Outcast. With a 55% critical chance against infantry, these units are a force to be reckoned with. These elite versions are comparable to a Rank 2 Assassinater, though with higher Defense. The Elite Outcast will do no more than scratch the paint of high-leveled Tanks and armored units, but against unarmored units it can be very effective. The accurate Scoped Shot will do a relatively high amount of damage to unarmored units. When faced with these foes, keep vulnerable infantry out of range or behind a tougher blocking unit.

Note that the Elite Outcast has high damage reduction against -type attacks.
