The Fallen Raider Statue is a commemorative statue and a limited time decoration available only on Valentine's Day 2013. It was evidently constructed by Yenchka as a gift for Lt. Morgan.
It provides both a +10% and a +10% 
bonus to Shops and Agriculture.
Unlike the Morgan Statue, the Fallen Raider Statue does not require the completion of any missions.
