Overview

The Flames of Love Archer was introduced in the 3.3 Patch as a reward for completing the Valentine's Day 2014 Limited-Time Missions. These missions required players to build the Ceremonial Hearthstone and fight off enemy Raiders, Raptors, and Sandworms.

The Flames of Lover Archer is immune to Fire DoT () and has resistances to and -type attacks, letting it survive on the battlefield with its meager Rank 6  300 HP.

Its primary attack, Love Letter, inflicts -type damage and has a 95% chance to land a critical hit on Critters, finding its uses in encounters against Mammoths or Boars. Its second attack, Flames of Passion, hits a much wider area than the Flames of Love Archer's primary attack, having a chance at hitting a total of 9 units versus only one. It also inflicts -type damage, making it useful against some Vehicles and has the same 95% critical chance against Critters as its first attack. Both attacks have a chance at inflicting Fire DoT onto enemy units.

It has a high requirement, higher than that of even a Mega Tank, and, coupled with its relatively low HP and mediocre defense, it is not always the best unit to choose when going against certain enemies. It shines when going against Critters, however, and so finds its usefulness there.
