The Hut is a premium building that provides you with 5 more workers, and is the first premium housing building available for Nanopods. It gives fairly decent taxes, outstripping most other arrangements for taxes.
It should be noted that each Hut cost 45, which depending on your method(s) of obtaining them can be a steep price.
