The Ice Factory is a limited time event Shop that was released in June 2014. Players had to upgrade it to Level 10 to unlock the limited time Ice Cream Stand and receive a 40 reward.
The Ice Factory and associated missions where available for players of Level 15 and above. In total the Gold cost to get to Level 10 was 3,530,000. This would take 5 days and 18 hours (building time included).

We can't. The resources and pollution needed for the factory to run at a higher rate would cause a massive warming trend in the atmosphere. I project that it would raise the average temperature by half a degree annually over the next ten years.
So there'd be no consequences NOW, right? Then upgrade that sucker! Upgrade it until we squeeze every drop of efficiency from it! Who cares about future generations when my office is too warm!
