Currently, while it is only marginally more durable than a Destroyer and in fact is more vulnerable to torpedoes than its trainable counterpart, it has one of the most powerful attacks of the Naval units, and is by far one of the most useful units in Naval combat.
Its first 2 MLRS attacks are devastating against clusters of naval warships, capable of softening up heavily armored ships and sinking lighter warships. However, they lose their utility against single warships due to their inaccuracy and unpredictability of rocket dispersion, especially the second attack. The rockets are quite likely to miss the target.
The third attack, Explosive Mines, is perhaps its most useful attack against Naval units. The attack pattern and damage output can help thin out the enemy ranks. Since it's -type damage, it is particularly effective against Submarines.
This unit is a powerful support vessel and functions as a navalized Rocket Truck. Due to the low offense of the Mines, it can have some trouble with faster warships. Combining them with Destroyers, Battleship Raptor-Class or Gunboats can mitigate some of the disadvantages, and create a highly effective offensive navy unit.
