Overview[]
The Modern Duplex is a non-nanopod costing house that can be built upon reaching level 35. Its basically a double Modern House with a few cosmetic differences; instead of housing four workers, it houses eight.
This building also costs a little more Gold, Steel and Concrete to build than the Modern House; however, high level players shouldn't have any problems acquiring said resources. Holding eight workers, it is an effective way to reduce the number of Modern Houses by 50%, thus saving space around one's outpost.
