Overview[]

Morgan's House is a Housing building that gives more XP/Resource-time/Resource population than any other housing structure, especially the Compound. It even gives more XP than many lower level Shops while providing population instead of reducing it and not using any Demand Category. If you are looking to spend Resource-nanopod on a house, spending them on this would be a good choice.
