The Oil Tank helps your Oil Pumps and/or Advanced Oil Pumps increase their output by +5% , at the cost of 10 .
They cause any nearby Houses to experience a drop in tax rate of -5% .
Each Oil Pump can handle four Oil Tanks for a maximum of +20% production.
