Overview

The Raider Cannon Recruit is the lowest level cannon-toting Raider with Indirect fire. They are a minor threat at low levels as they deal little damage and has a high chance to miss. They have indirect fire, so hiding your Mortar Team behind a Shock Trooper won't save it now.

The Recruits cannons only target a single space, and they have a minimum range of 2, so players can take advantage of this weakness.

Players should be wary when they encounter these cannon-toting Raiders though. Cannon Recruits only appear very early in the game and are quickly replaced by the more dangerous Cannoneers, or worse, the Raider Bombadier.

A Cannoneer Recruit is accompanied by a raider grunt on the first battle of raider scouts.
