- "Dragged home as a grisly, rusty trophy after defeating Experiment X17. It may not be a raider's skull, but damn, is it a fine testament to your powers of destruction."
- — In-game Description
Overview[]
The Salvaged Ancient Tech is a decorative item added in the 3.2 Patch, unlocked upon the completion of the Level 65 mission chain which involves defeating Experiment X17 and can be built for
750,000 and
8,000 a piece.
Contrary to what its golden exterior might imply, this decoration offers no bonus to neighboring buildings. However, it is a magnificent piece of work that reminds players of their sweet success in taking down the powerful Experiment X17.
Trivia[]
- Occupying this decor provides the same bonuses as an artificial pond. Therefore, if the player has an obscene amount of gold and steel, they could set these up in pairs for occupation, letting this decoration to serve the purpose of a trophy, a display of wealth, and a resource provider.
- Can also be used as storage for steel if you have full steel, but has a bad return rate (8,000 steel cost and only 500 steel return).
