Overview[]
The Toxic Waste is one of the few bonus decorations to only give a negative bonus to buildings. Other decorations to only give a negative bonus are the Toxic Crate and the Oil Barrels.
Since the 1.1 Patch, they give a -10% bonus to taxes collected from Houses within their range.
A quest was added after the 1.2 Patch, "Glower Power", which seems meant to demonstrate negative radial effects. The quest requires you to build two Toxic Waste decorations and put them near Houses.
