Overview

Added in the 2.2 Patch, Zoey's Tool Shop is the first premium building to make Tools-type goods. As such, it is significantly more productive in terms of both and than either the Tool Shop or the Machine Shop, and requires fewer workers, as well, although it is heavy. For the weekend of 02/07 to 02/11 it went on sale for half off, as well as the Dormitory.
